Jane: Mr. Churchill, you're back.
Frank: Very observant. I just got in.
Jane: Emma's not here right now. She's at the Crown Resort.
Frank: That's too bad. Uhh, what about Alex?
Jane: At lunch.
Frank: And you stayed here? I'm surprised. I heard somewhere that the two of you have become lunch buddies.
Jane: Oh really.
Frank: Yeah. First carpool buddies, now lunch buddies...this is starting to sound serious.
Jane: Excuse me?
Frank: Well, there have been rumors, whispers, implications, even a wager placed on the outcome.
Jane: By whom?
Frank: That's not important. What's important is that you and Mr. Knightley have become quite the topic of conversation, and you know what they say about office romances.
Jane: That they never end well?
Frank: And why is that, do you think?
Jane: Either it hurts your career, or it hurts your relationship.
Frank: Which would you put first?
Jane: Which one would you? Or should I even bother asking?
Frank: What is that supposed to mean?
Jane: I got a call from the Hygienic H20 Project.
Frank: Oh.
Jane: Yes, "oh." Apparently the Richmond Corporation, a company you own shares in, is buying up natural resources - resources we no longer have access to.
Frank: I don't handle operations.
Jane: Really? I thought you were on the board.
Frank: I don't make all decisions.
Jane: No, you just profit from them.
Frank: Well then, I guess I will be going. You obviously have a lot of work to do, and I wouldn't want to get in the way.
