Is that video title going to convince you to exercise? MEGASTUDY alert. The term megastudy is a pretty new one to us, and we like it. Basically, a MEGASTUDY is a group of large randomized controlles trials run simultaneously to look into multiple questions. Today, we're talking about a MEGASTUDY on exercise and the ways we encourage people to be more active. Some of the ways that were effective and the ways they worked surprised us. For example, just telling a group of participants that most Americans exercise regularly was enough to increase visits to the gym.
