The Field Museum has some of the best taxidermy in the world, much of which was created over a hundred years ago. It got me wondering: is taxidermy itself considered a form of art today? Who decides - and where does it fit in with our ideas of contemporary art? So... we asked some taxidermists!

These videos were filmed on location at the 2017 World Taxidermy Championships in Peoria, Illinois. See our other video from the WTC: https://youtu.be/vn6heiOkloE
