Lindsey: So you say: "Hey Lindsey, I've got some more questions for you." Let's do this!
(Intro)
"Do girls actually like giving blowjobs or do they just do it because they're expected to or pressured to?" Well if you're doing it because you're pressured to, this isn't a blowjob, it's rape, and if you're doing it because you're expected to, then refer back to the want/will/won't list video and find some sex that you actually want.
Yes, some girls actually like giving blowjobs. Some girls like girls, some girls aren't interested in sex at all, and this is all okay!
"How does lesbian sex happen?" In many ways, but one of my favorite to teach is called the tribadism or scissoring. Barbies... they look kinda like this, where they're rubbing their genitals on one another. Whoa, you guys need multiple joints!
"What are biosex males and females?" Don't you think that cissexual covers it? Don't you think bio as a prefix is a little problematic? Cis, as in cis-sex or cisgender refers to when someone's gender identity matches the sex assigned at birth, usually determined by their parents or their genitals. You've asked me to say things like "person with a vagina" or "person with a penis". The reason why I don't do this, in the instance of saying biosex male or biosex female is because, let's say you have a biosex male, born with a penis, who has had reconstructive surgery to have a vagina. This person has a vagina and I don't want to discount that, but their needs are different. Their healthcare needs are different. This person doesn't need a pap smear.
"Are there transgender individuals that choose not to transition?" Yes, there are, and this starts a really exciting conversation about what it means to be transgender, and what it means to transition.
"Can you please tell me that me liking girls more than boys is normal and that I'm going to be okay?" Liking girls more than boys is normal, and you're gonna be fine.
"Is it bad or unhealthy to masturbate during the menstruation period?" It depends on what behaviors make up your masturbation experience. Surely masturbation isn't harmful to menstruation, and menstruation isn't harmful to masturbation? Actually masturbating is a really great remedy for irritability and discomfort related to PMS and menstruation.
"Hey! What is the safest way for me to lick my girlfriend anally? I really care for her, and I don't want to hurt her, or get myself hurt." Set up safe words, take a shower, and use a dam.
"What are safe words?" They're codes, to communicate, stop, or caution. The ones that I teach are simple: "red" for stop, "yellow" for caution. Easy to remember and short!
"What are your thoughts on sexting?" I'm sex positive, and texting is one of the main modes of communication between people. How can I not want that to be sexual? People in long distance relationships, people who don't want physical contact, people who want to express themselves sexually and need a way to do that! Sexting is great! However, there are risks to it, including the distribution of child pornography if you're underage and potentially having things that are personal to you getting out to the public at large.
"Is it safe to use my mouth to put a condom on my partner?" Well, there are risks, like your mouth, which can have sexually transmitted infections on it, and the risk of your teeth in the mouth which can tear the condom, but otherwise, it's safer to have that condom on than to not.
"How long does sperm continue to be able to impregnate someone after ejaculation?" That's really hard to say! Human sperm... it's got a few hours if it's chillin' in the semen... wait! No! If it's chillin' then it has a few weeks, if it's closer to the Fallopian tubes then it has three to five days and if it's frozen, then you can get months out of it.
"Have you ever been caught masturbating and if so, what did you do?" Can you get caught doing something that isn't wrong? Could we call it interrupted? And if so I would either continue or pull a Billy Connolly and "thank God you're here!"
"Wait a minute, are you saying that my body thinks it's pregnant all the time and then when it finds out it's not it just goes ape wall?" Okay, let me clarify. You're body doesn't think that it's pregnant, realizes it isn't, and gets rid of what it doesn't need. Your body prepares to be pregnant, doesn't get pregnant, and then gets rid of what it doesn't need.
Thanks for all of your really great questions; I'll keep answering them on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and the comments below. Oh before I go! Future meetups: we've got an LA, maybe a road trip across country and then definitely in Iceland in January. I'll be updating you on all these on Facebook and Tumblr.
