Hello and welcome to another edition of Truth or Fail, where today I'll be testing your knowledge of one of my very favorite British imports, the amazing television series Downton Abbey. Yeah, it's a bit of a soap opera, but the quality of the period piece rarely disappoints me. The Dowager Countess all by herself may be one of my top ten television characters in history. So, to celebrate the premiere of season three this month in the US, this episode is all about the wonderful would of Downton Abbey, but please, a plea to all you British people, and those who have illegally downloaded it off the internet, please no spoilers in the comments.

Round number one: The Setting.

Fact number one:  The amazing residence that plays Downton Abbey is actually Highclere Castle. It's located in Hampshire and used for the exterior shots and a lot of the interior filming as well. But did you know that while the castle may give off an ancient medieval vibe, the building itself is actually less than 200 years old.

Or it could be fact number two:  The family that actually lives in Highclere Castle fought a public battle with Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes and his production company between season two and three regarding their fee for the use of the house following the unexpected popularity of the show. They settled reportedly for two million pounds.
