We got a call from the airport asking if we could take in a confiscated animal wasn't allowed to board the plane with their owner. Hoping they weren't going to say it was a monkey or something dangerous, we said "We'll do what we can to help!". Thankfully it was a very sweet and friendly pigeon who just needed to be boarded for a little over a week and we were happy to help.
