Fail. The Whale Shark is the largest fish that exists today by quite a lot. But the largest shark that ever existed was the Megalodon which was like a Great White Shark but 60 feet long. This thing could eat your entire family without taking a bite. It would just (Slurping noise). You could stand inside of its mouth. So we can be thankful for at least that one extinction. Let’s move to some less terrifying facts.
Fact one: The smallest shark in the ocean is a mere seven inches long. Excellent, that wasn’t scary at all. I can deal with that, seven inch shark, no problem.

Fact two: Many fishermen have actually hooked Great White Sharks on a rod and reel but no fisherman has ever to bring in a Great White Shark on a rod and reel.
