I know that there are people watching out there, but honestly, I've never really thought about you until now.  Who are you?  Have you been following this all along?  Did you ever think about trying to stop me? I guess that's not fair.
After some careful personal reflection, I have decided not to pursue a career in the natural sciences.  So I will no longer be Frankenstein, M.D.  And thus, will no longer be making this show.  I really wish Iggy hadn't printed up all these business cards. He didn't even double check my name. Frankenstien?  Frankenstein!  How hard is that?

One night, when I was a kid, my dad and I camped out in the backyard and I pointed out the constellation Aquila in the night sky; the eagle who ate Prometheus's liver.  He started calling me "The Professor" after that.  Science is what I've always been good at, breaking things down, and figuring out what they do.  Trial and error, mistakes just make your ideas better.  But not this time.  And, I may not be able to undo the damage I've done.  But I can make sure it never happens again.  These are all the notes related to the creature and everything we've done on Frankenstein, M.D. This and six more boxes.  As soon as I finish this video, I'm going to destroy it all, so no one can ever replicate my results in the lab.  But I'm going to leave all of these episodes online as a warning.  If you see this creature do not attempt to confront it, it is volatile, confused, and extremely dangerous.  If you see this creature, run... just run.

Additionally I have decided to mail written confessions to all of the local newspapers and the local police.  I've also included all the data I've collected about the creature's biology, it's movements, and whereabouts.  This is what I have done to try and make things better.  It's probably not enough but... it's all I know how to do.  I can't stop him by myself. I understand that now.  Hopefully the creature will leave civilization and live somewhere is peaceful isolation.  And so will I.

ELI (off screen): Vic, you down here?

V: Yeah, come on down.  So, to my viewers, thank you for watching Frankenstein, M.D. and please don't try any of this at home.

E (walks in):  All right, I've got us checked in online, once we get to Costa Rica we'll decide our next move.

V: Sounds perfect.

E: Uh, but we have to move, like right now.  Like, our flight leaves in two hours... actually, that's less than two hours.

V: I just have to finish packing.

E: Okay...(Opens her suitcase, which is empty)

V: And also start packing.

E: Are you serious?  Okay, here's what we're doing.  (Grabs record)  When this song is over, we're leaving, no matter what you've got.

V: There's no way I can grab all my stuff that fast!

E: I will help you!  Okay, how much are you bringing? How long are we going for anyway?

V: I'm not... I'm not coming back from this trip.

E: What?

V: Was that not clear?

E: Not entirely.

V: Having second thoughts?

E: It just seems so permanent.

V: Permanent is good.

E: What about your dad?

V: He'll be fine.  I barely even see him anyway.

E: You just graduated, all you've ever wanted to be was a doctor!

V: I must have talked about some other career, right?  At some point.

E: I think maybe construction worker, or Easter Bunny, but that's going way back.

V: Look, I understand if you don't wanna come with me.  I can't ask you to give up your whole life for me.

E: Yeah, but I would, like, in a second.  It's just that...

V: Tell me.

E: I don't know how you feel about me.

V: Of course you do, you know everything about me.

E: No, like, are we just friends?  Or something... more, soulmates?

V: I'm a scientist.  I don't believe in soulmates.

E: Yeah.  No, got it.  Stupid, of course.  Um.. I will take you wherever you wanna go, just, friends.  (Holds out pinky)

V: (Grabs it and kisses Eli)  I don't believe in soulmates, but I do believe in you and me.  (They kiss again)

(5:26)

(Shadow crosses screen.) (Victoria opens her eyes wide and we see Robert standing behind Eli)

E: What is it?

V(whispers): Robert.

(Robert throws Eli into a pile of boxes)

V:No!

(Robert grabs her)

R: Friend like me.

V: (crying) No I can't.  I couldn't do this to somebody else.

R: Friend!!

V: I can't do it again! Please understand, I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry...

R: Robert... alone...

V: I'm so sorry...

E: Vic, get away from him.  Oh my God... what have you done?

R: Robert! Alone!!

E: No! (Robert lifts him by throat.)

V: Robert, no!

R: VICTORIA!

V: Please!

R: ALONE!!

V: No, please, please!

(Snapping sound as Eli slumps to the group)

V: NO!!! (collapses on top of him, sobbing)  Noo!! No!

R: Frankenstein.. and Robert.  Alone... together.

V: I'm so sorry Eli.   I love you.
