Hello, and welcome to another edition of Truth or Fail where today we're talking about hot weather, cold weather, windy weather, snowy weather, rainy weather, and dry weather. It's a weather extravaganza! But this isn't an episode about average weather, no, we're talking about the extreme, because that’s a whole lot more interesting than a 60 degree overcast day.
You know the rules. I'm gonna give you two weather related facts, one is true, one is not. Choose wisely.
Round number one: Hot enough for ya?
Fact number one: The hottest temperature ever recorded on Earth, was 58 degrees centigrade, 136.4 degrees Fahrenheit on September 22nd 1922, on an Italian Army base in Libya.
OR
Fact number two: The "hottest" temperature ever recorded, at the actual south pole is negative 12.3 degrees centigrade or 9.9 degrees Fahrenheit.
