Actually there are vampires in the Harry Potter mythology but we only see one once when Harry attends Slughorn's Christmas party. They studied in Defense Against the Dark Arts; they're humanoid but not considered wizards. Other than that we don't really know much except that they live near Transylvania and Honeydukes sells blood flavored lollipops for the vampire patrons, delicious.
