Though it is true that Kinder Eggs are illegal in America it has nothing to do with drugs. They are, in fact, illegal because of the 1938 Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act prohibits embedding non-nutritive items inside of confections. And that is literally the most curmudgeonly law that we have in America.
