Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Rosianna, and you are watching Truth or Fail. Today's Truth or Fail is about Doctor Who, and if you're new to the game, or perhaps Torchwood's gone and put a little bit of Retcon in your apple juice, the rules are simple.
