Yes, Anthony Weiner has made some mistakes, but he's hardly the first scandalous politician in history. In fact, scandals have stretched back to the beginning of time as far as we can tell.

So enjoy your trivial, yet scandalous journey through this week's Truth or Fail.

Hello my name is Hank Green and you are watching Truth or Fail, very simple YouTube game show in which I tell you two facts, one of 'em is true one of 'em is false, you have to pick the true one or you fail! So a certain Weiner has taken over the news lately, so our minds here at Truth or Fail headquarters are all filled with thoughts of scandal. And as it turns out, scandal has been around for about as long as there have been people. Many of the fascinating, though possibly trivial, some of them you may, or may not know about; let's start off with great scandals of history.

Emperor Claudius of Rome had a wife, and she was once caught sneaking out of her bed to go work in a brothel, for fun.

Or fact number two, for five hundred years after the introduction of the fork to Europe, the stuck up prudes of England would not accept it as a viable piece of cutlery. And in fact when foreigners came over to the country and they were caught using them, it was considered quite a scandal.
