Lizzie: So, I've done some thinking since my last video and I've come to a conclusion. I'm embracing a policy of non-interference. From now on, everyone gets to run their own lives. Jane, Lydia, my mother, Bing, Darcy. Unless they ask for my input, I am keeping my nose out of their business. If it was good enough for the Prime Directive, it's good enough for me.

Half-expected Lydia to come bursting in there calling me a nerd, but she right! She's an adult. I'm not in charge of what she does with her life. My name is Lizzie Bennet, and from now on I'm tending to my own garden. It's a metaphorical garden. You know, like Voltaire. I... Forget it.

[Intro]

Lizzie: So with that off my chest, apparently I have nothing to talk about.

[Knocking]

Lizzie: Come in.

Gigi: Hey Lizzie. Oh, sorry, I didn't know you were filming.

Lizzie: No, please. Come on in, what's up?

Gigi: Well the second quarter strategy meeting got moved up to this morning. I know you wanted to go, but Reynolds forgot to put you on the calendar event.

Lizzie: Don't worry about it, not a big deal.

Gigi: And I'm sorry for barging in.

Lizzie: No, please, I'm used to it. The way everyone knocks around here was starting to weird me out.

[Knocking]

Bing: Hey Lizzie. Am I interrupting? Oh, hey Gigi!... I'll... come back later.

Lizzie: No, you might as well come on in, it's a party. And apparently my afternoon just opened up.

Gigi: So, Bing, uh, I've been wondering about something that I was hoping you could clear up for me.

Bing: Oh? Uh, what's that?

Gigi: When William and Lizzie met last year at Stuart's wedding, did my brother actually dance with this lovely lady as though she were covered in fleas?

Lizzie: I didn't say that.

Gigi: I know, but I have seen my brother dance.

Bing: Gigi, your brother is my best friend in the whole world, but that was the most awkward dance ever.

Gigi: Oh no, did he do that thing when he gets uncomfortable where he pulls his chin back to his neck?

Lizzie: I thought that's just how he held his head...

Gigi: Don't be silly, you just think that because--

Lizzie: Because?

Gigi: Nothing.

Bing: So, Gigi. How's the tennis going?

Gigi: Pretty good! I mean, pretty well. Coach Ansley had me snowshoeing all winter to keep up with my conditioning in the off-season and I think it's really helping.

Lizzie: Where do you snowshoe around here?

Gigi: Oh we have a place in the Sierras. William and I always spend Christmas there and he goes back as much as he can all winter.

Lizzie: Is that near Lake Tahoe?

Gigi: Yeah! We also have a place in Aspen but William, he likes to keep things simple. Lizzie where does your family ski?

Lizzie: Uhh. We're not really skiers.

Gigi: Oh.

Bing: Well I don't ski either! I mean Darcy tries to get me up there every year but I just can't take the cold. I'd rather be in a hot tub. Just like the one next to the pool at your condo.

Gigi: Yeah, uh, well...

Bing: Of course, to each their own.

Lizzie: Right.

Gigi: Right! And on that note, I should get back to work.

Lizzie: So. Um...

Bing: There's something that I've been wanting to ask you.

Lizzie: Yes?

Bing: Um. How's Jane?

Lizzie: She's good. Mostly.

Bing: That's good! I mean, mostly. Um. Is she, uh, I mean. Is she meeting a lot of people in Los Angeles? Oh but that's probably a silly question, I mean of course, she's a great person. She's probably very popular--

Lizzie: She's not seeing anyone.

Bing: Oh. Um. Would you, uh... Would you give her my best?

Lizzie: Bing. If you have something to say to Jane, call her. Her number hasn't changed.

Bing: I don't think that would be a good idea.

Lizzie: Well, at least it would be your not-good-idea.

Bing: Hey Lizzie, are these... all really letters to Charlotte?

[no answer]

Yeah. I'll see you around. Take care.
