Lydia: Only an hour until midnight, New Year bitches! Vegas is so awesome, and the thing about partying 24/7, and sleeping... but mostly partying - those are the only two things you need, except my friends totally couldn't cut it, I mean they wanted to go do lame touristy crap, I'm sorry is there alcohol in tourism? No? then no thank you!

They were supposed to meet up with us at the club, but whatevsies, I already ran into some other friends and made some new friends, lots of new friends, because people like me, because I'm awesome. And what's more, these people actually appreciate my epic ability to party, OMG I am so glad I didn't stay at home, what a waste that would have been. 

And i've decided, it's time to make some changes around here. A new year calls for a new Lydia. But, oh, not the dull, responsible, mature adult Lydia my well-intentioned older sister wants me to be. Hell no. I've finally got my priorities in order. Family? Please. If Lizzie and Jane are moving on, so can I. Starting with finding a mega hot guy to ring in the new year with.

And by finding, I mean choosing, because these guys are lining up. Who are they? Who cares? Doesn't matter. All that matters is they're cute, they're drunk and they're super into me. Because who wouldn't be?

[voice from off camera]: Hey, Lydia!

Lydia: What? Hey.

[voice from off camera asks something]

Lydia: Yeah, I have a video blog, duh. 

[voice from off camera says something along the lines of 'like your sister?']

Lydia: No, it's way better than hers. 

[voice from off camera tells her to come back inside]

Lydia: Okay, f-fine, okay, i'll be there in a second, geez. Anyways, like I said, I've only got an hour to pick a sexy make-out buddy for tonight, so i'd better get choosing. I wonder what my sister would think of me now! [gasps] She'd probably drop dead of embarrassment. I am so irresponsible and thoughtless.

But what better place to be irresponsible and thoughtless than Vegas? Right? [chuckles] Happy New Year!
