(The Warehouse Intro)

Hey there, I’m Matthew Gaydos and welcome to The Warehouse – the weekly show where we share the DFTBA warehouse with you.

We have a ton of stuff to cover today so let’s go ahead and get into it. It’s new merch news (sings news).

For those of you, who like me, follow Meghan Tonjes on Tumblr and Instagram and Facebook and Twitter and/or Vine, the star of our next T-shirt will not be a stranger to you, because Meghan has a brand new #dailybabymargot shirt up for sale on the website right now, and that is a pre-order that will ship in early November.

A while ago I showed you guys the brand new iPhone cases we’re starting to carry here at DFTBA. Well we have three new iPhone case designs from Charles Trippy and these are up for pre-order right now at dftba.com. There are two versions of each, one that will fit an iPhone 4 and 4s and the other one that will fit the iPhone 5 and 5s. And speaking of Charles Trippy, every single Charles Trippy shirt that we have will soon be back in stock, so you can go to dftba.com and pick up one of the previously out of stock ones or just a new one that you want, whatever you want. All of the Charles Trippy shirts are now on back order, they will be in stock very soon and will ship out in early to mid November.

And our final item this week covers multiple bases for me, because not only is it a new poster up for pre-order on the website, but it also fits very nicely into the nerdfighter art corner, which for some reason you guys want me to shorten and call nerdfart corner. (Shakes head) No. Well this week’s special treat is this Fault in Our Stars poster designed by Yasminwithane on Tumblr, and it crams in more Fault in Our Stars references than I ever care to try and count. But maybe once it’s on your wall you guys can try to count them yourself because this design is no longer confined to Tumblr. It is a real life poster up for pre-order on the website and you will get it around the end of this month.

And that about does it for the new merch this week, but that brings us to the Fort Awesome update of the week, which unfortunately this week is kind of a sad one. Fort Awesome is in ruins guys! It’s just an arch. It used to be a fort and now it’s just Arch Awesome and that’s nothing and that’s sad and I don’t know what to do about it. I mean maybe – this is thinking outside the box a little bit – but maybe if collectively we believe strongly enough in the idea of Fort Awesome, we might be able to bring Fort Awesome back to life. We can try. So, uhh, what I need you guys to do, uhh, is clap if you believe in Fort Awesome, alright, just clap. Just start off with a slow clap and speed it up a little bit, here we go. Ok, I think you got it. Your rhythm’s not great, but I don’t think Fort Awesome really cares, it’s the thought that counts so just keep clapping! Clap! Clap towards the fort. If you’re not clapping towards the screen it’s probably not going to work so just keep clapping. Clap! Clap! Clap closer to the screen, maybe. It’s not – nothing seems to be happening. That didn’t work. I thought it might. It didn’t. Did you not clap? No? That’s understandable. To those of you who did, uhh, thanks. It was in vain, uhh, but thanks for the clapping anyways, and to those of you who didn’t clap at all, umm, just know that Fort Awesome’s blood is on your hands. So… let’s just hope someone else rebuilds this.

But that is it for this week guys. Don’t forget to leave your questions, comments, concerns, down in the comments below, and as usual, the links to everything I talked about will be down in the flap. And some of you guys are really upset that I don’t call it doobly doo, but I’ve called it the flap for a long time in my own videos and it’s just in my head and that things, the… that… it’s the flap, that’s what it’s called. And remember you can always find me on my channel at youtube.com/matthewgaydos or on twitter @matthewgaydos. So I will see you guys next Monday for another episode of The Warehouse, and as always:

Meghan: Don’t forget to be awesome.

Matthew: Hey there all you shiny new subscribers, there’s a lot more of you this week than there was last week, so I wanted to say hello and welcome. There’s a bunch of links on the screen right now if you want to check them out. Up here (top left) is a playlist where you can catch up on all The Warehouse videos. Down here (bottom left) is a video showing you how your DFTBA order gets from your computer to your house. And then up here (top right), what am I going to put up there? Frequently asked questions video, that’s what’s up there. You can go there and find out some more background on DFTBA and answer some questions that might be lingering in that brain of yours. And then down here (bottom right) is, uhh, what’s down there? Last week’s video, that’s what’s down there, last week’s video. And then you can just click anywhere here on my face and stuff to subscribe to the channel, and yeah. Welcome to people. There’s a lot of links.
