I totally did not make up the Domino new user questionnaire. Okay, I did make it up, but I think it's a good idea, don't you?

Okay, I admit it William, I hate it when siblings fight. It reminds me too much of a time when... you and I weren't getting along. I'm so glad we don't fight anymore, but watching Beau and Griff was making me so uncomfortable that I had to try and do something to help.

Besides, Ed and Clara have gone radio silent since Friday. No Domino videos. I mean, they haven't even had any non work related tweets, it's unnerving. And then I thought, what better way to reveal what's going on with Beau and Griff than to send them a Domino new user questionnaire.

What? It can totally be a thing we do. I mean, it's a beta test, I'm trying things out. And besides, it revealed something pretty interesting.

Letitia: Hey Gigi! Happy to help out with the beta test. Let's see... user questionnaire. Oh, here we go. 'What brings you to Sanditon?' Well, I'm here because Tom Parker told me about a great new opportunity for a new fitness franchise. I didn't know that he had also told my brother.
Beau: [arriving from offscreen] Well, if it makes you feel any better, he didn't tell me about you, either.
Letitia: What are you doing, I'm trying to record this for Domino.
Beau: [talking over Letitia] Alright, yeah, move over. User questionnaire. Yeah, Gigi sent me one too. I figured we can do it together!
Letitia: You have your own laptop, and your own gym!
Beau: And, your webcam's better. Let's take a look at this. Ah, 'What brings you to Sanditon? What's the most important thing people should know about you-' Boring, boring... ah! This is where it gets good.
Letitia: 'Why is my chief business rival my brother?' Hm. I guess it goes back to when we were kids. We used to be really close.
Beau: Yeah, we did everything together. We were like, the two musketeers. And then one Christmas.
Letitia: Our parents got us both bikes. Mine was red, and his was blue.
Beau: Mine was red, hers was blue.
Letitia: He wanted the red one, so the next day he tried to say that mine was the blue one.
Beau: As if! Beau's blue bike, come on! What parents would do that?
Letitia: To this day, he still hasn't admitted what he did. That he stole MY bike. From his own sister.
Beau: She was so mad. She glued the training wheels of the red bike - my bike - so that the back wheel wouldn't touch the ground. Completely ruined the bike. And then one day, it came to me. Spin gym.
Letitia: [laughs]
Beau: Way to blow it, Tisha!
Letitia: "It came to me, spin gym"? Our entire family is in the spin gym business, it makes no sense. And, don't call me Tisha.
Beau: That's the tragedy of the whole thing! They all stole the idea from me!
Letitia: [laughs] Sorry to mess with you, Gigi, but we get asked about the rival spin gym thing A LOT. But, there's just no tragic back story.
Beau: Yeah. The truth is, we're just two people who love spinning and are happier when we aren't working together.
Letitia: It's not personal. We still go home for Thanksgiving,
Beau: Where she tries to tell me that my business model is essentially flawed,
Letitia: And he goes on about how you can't be devoted to the customer when you always have to answer to the man.
Beau: Most of it's crap, but occasionally she does have a good idea. And now I have two new investors!
Letitia: And to prove him wrong, I've made sure that Spin Cycle has the highest customer service rating in our segment of the industry.
Beau: Whoop dee doo, Tisha. Now, if you'll excuse us, Gigi, my sister has to go prepare herself for failure.
Letitia: Uh, you wish.

Gigi: Yeah, I don't get it either, William. They clearly love each other, and yet they fight constantly. I guess it works for them. I'll talk to you soon, William.
