It's hard to believe that summer is almost over. Just a couple more weeks and I'll be wrapping up this beta test and it'll be time to leave Sanditon. This is such a great town, but I won't be the only one not making a permanent home here. Check this out!

Beau: Domino, call my sister.
Griff: What is it, Beau?
Beau: Just wondering how you're doing on your membership subscriptions?
Griff: Great, how about you?
Beau: Actually, not so great. 
Griff: Really? Does that mean you'll be packing up soon?
Beau: No, it means I have a proposal for you.
Griff: You can become a franchisee at anytime, Beau, but I already have one Spin Cycle here, I don't need two.
Beau: Okay, level with me. How are your subscriptions really?
Griff: Do you think I'm gonna tell you that? On a Domino call? I read the Terms of Service.
Beau: I know how you run your margins. You've got sustainability for, what, six months?
Griff: What's your proposal?
Beau: The only thing that your gym has over mine is multiple locations.
Griff: And a juice bar!
Beau: Yeah, I don't think that many people in this town care that much about juice. 
Griff: Beau, I'm trying to run a business here, can you call me back when you actually get to your point?
Beau: Close up shop and offer my members reciprocal guest rights to any Spin Cycle location.
Griff: What's in it for me?
Beau: You get to get out of a market that's too small for you anyway, and I kick you back five percent of my membership fees for any member that uses your facilities.
Griff: If I'm gonna close up shop, I should get ten percent plus a Guest Pass for every visit.
Beau: Five percent on all my members for the next year, and they get unlimited use of your facilities free of charge.
Griff: Three months at one of my gyms and the membership transfers to spin cycle.
Beau: And I take a ten percent referral fee for the remainder of the original membership?
Griff: Eight.
Beau: Done. Ah, sweet! Alright! So, should I break the new to Mr. Mayor or do you want to?
Griff: I'll do it! You're the one who gets to keep working with him. Ah, don't get cocky, if I had stayed in the market I would have beaten you out.
Beau: Yeah, yeah, and losing the capital I put into this location woulda sunk me. 
Griff: Dammit! Wait, what happened to all of your fancy new investors? 
Beau: Tapped out. You missed your chance, sis!
Griff: That's alright. Next time I won't be so nice! 
Beau: Ha, now what makes you think there's gonna be a next time? 
Griff: I do like the region and there's going to be a town next door who's gonna need a Spin Cycle. You shoulda probably asked for a non-repeat clause. 
Beau: Oh, I will. Next time. 
Griff: Haha, love you, bro. 
Beau: Yeah, you too. 

Gigi: Poor Tom! He really wanted that juice bar. Oh, and I'll talk to you later, William. I know I flaked on your call last week, but I have our new call in my calendar now. Promise. Bye!
