Hi. I'm Jos Charles and I'm going to be reading a poem, "Great, Glowing Vault" from Breathturn into Timestead. It's translated by (?~0:09). It's a poem by Paul Celan from the collection Breathturn.
Great, Glowing Vault
with the
outward-and away-
burrowing black-constellation swarm:
into the silicified forehead of a ram
I burn this image, between
the horns, therein,
in the singing of the coils,
the marrow of the curdled
heart seas swells.
What
doesn't he
butt against?
The world is gone, I have to carry you.
