If you want to understand why health care feels like it's always in the news, it's because there's pressure coming from basically every direction at once. Costs are high. Outcomes aren't great. People are frustrated. And policymakers are…how do I keep this professional…very aware of all of that.
But when I watch the news, all I can think is that the pressure points aren't always where people think they are.
