Maria: Hi again, Maria Lu here. I know I'm not supposed to be vlogging about Lizzie's videos, but this also happened in real life, so I think it's fair game. Charlotte got her invitation to Bing Lee's birthday party. I'm so excited.
Charlotte: What are you excited about?
Maria: Nothing.
Charlotte: I told you, neither one of us is going to the party.
Maria: Why not?
Charlotte: I have too much to do here, and you weren't invited.
Maria: I could be your plus one! And you could see Lizzie again. Okay, you're not still fighting?
Charlotte: We're not fighting, we're just... taking a break.
Maria: (scoffs) Taking a break.
Charlotte: As you get older, sometimes friendships change. It's sad, but it happens.
Maria: Don't you miss her?
Charlotte: It doesn't matter. I-I don't magically have vacation time in a job I started two weeks ago.
Maria: Aren't you a partner?
Charlotte: And, as a good partner, I'm here for Mr. Collins and the company. There's a lot of work to do.
Maria: Oh! I did pitch him my idea about doing a behind-the-scenes material at Collins and Collins.
Charlotte: Maria.
Maria: And he said Ms. De Bourgh said we should do exactly that! And... guess who he thinks I should interview first?
Charlotte: Who?
(Maria points at Charlotte)
