Rachel: Happy Friday guys, it's April 29th and the last day of VEBDA.

Hey guys, since it's the last day of VEBDA I thought I'd answer a few questions. First one, where did you get your colorful sweater? That's the one from episode one. Well basically I got it in a secondhand store and it's my most favorite sweater of all time because I love colors.

Question number two. Do you have any tips for anyone working in customer service? Yes, definitely. Always be awesome, and always put yourself in the other person's shoes, and always reread what
you write.

Question number three. Did you have any related training before working at the warehouse? Well, I have worked in customer service for quite some time and Caenaan also worked in a few other warehouses before he came here, and he's awesome at it.

Question number four. Which house wins the shipping cup? Well,
Gryffindor,, always Gryffindor.

Question number five. What's in the warehouse next to yours? Well obviously Santa Clause's workshop, right?

And lastly, who won at Scrabble? Well, me. Always me.

For those of you who are wondering what was gonna happen after VEBDA, well definitely stay tuned in, because we're gonna try and
post at least once every other week. Posting every day is pretty hard which is why the videos are so short.
